Al-Kahf 18:68

قالَ لَهُ موسىٰ هَل أَتَّبِعُكَ عَلىٰ أَن تُعَلِّمَنِ مِمّا عُلِّمتَ رُشدًا

Moses said to him, "May I follow you on [the condition] that you teach me from what you have been taught of sound judgement?"

قالَ إِنَّكَ لَن تَستَطيعَ مَعِيَ صَبرًا

He said, "Indeed, with me you will never be able to have patience.

وَكَيفَ تَصبِرُ عَلىٰ ما لَم تُحِط بِهِ خُبرًا

And how can you have patience for what you do not encompass in knowledge?"

قالَ سَتَجِدُني إِن شاءَ اللَّهُ صابِرًا وَلا أَعصي لَكَ أَمرًا

[Moses] said, "You will find me, if Allah wills, patient, and I will not disobey you in [any] order."

قالَ فَإِنِ اتَّبَعتَني فَلا تَسأَلني عَن شَيءٍ حَتّىٰ أُحدِثَ لَكَ مِنهُ ذِكرًا

He said, "Then if you follow me, do not ask me about anything until I make to you about it mention."

Al-Baqarah 2:32

وَإِذ قالَ رَبُّكَ لِلمَلائِكَةِ إِنّي جاعِلٌ فِي الأَرضِ خَليفَةً ۖ قالوا أَتَجعَلُ فيها مَن يُفسِدُ فيها وَيَسفِكُ الدِّماءَ وَنَحنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمدِكَ وَنُقَدِّسُ لَكَ ۖ قالَ إِنّي أَعلَمُ ما لا تَعلَمونَ

And [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority." They said, "Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we declare Your praise and sanctify You?" Allah said, "Indeed, I know that which you do not know."

وَعَلَّمَ آدَمَ الأَسماءَ كُلَّها ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُم عَلَى المَلائِكَةِ فَقالَ أَنبِئوني بِأَسماءِ هـٰؤُلاءِ إِن كُنتُم صادِقينَ

And He taught Adam the names - all of them. Then He showed them to the angels and said, "Inform Me of the names of these, if you are truthful."

قالوا سُبحانَكَ لا عِلمَ لَنا إِلّا ما عَلَّمتَنا ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ العَليمُ الحَكيمُ

They said, "Exalted are You; we have no knowledge except what You have taught us. Indeed, it is You who is the Knowing, the Wise."

قالَ يا آدَمُ أَنبِئهُم بِأَسمائِهِم ۖ فَلَمّا أَنبَأَهُم بِأَسمائِهِم قالَ أَلَم أَقُل لَكُم إِنّي أَعلَمُ غَيبَ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ وَأَعلَمُ ما تُبدونَ وَما كُنتُم تَكتُمونَ

He said, "O Adam, inform them of their names." And when he had informed them of their names, He said, "Did I not tell you that I know the unseen [aspects] of the heavens and the earth? And I know what you reveal and what you have concealed."

وَإِذ قُلنا لِلمَلائِكَةِ اسجُدوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدوا إِلّا إِبليسَ أَبىٰ وَاستَكبَرَ وَكانَ مِنَ الكافِرينَ

And [mention] when We said to the angels, "Prostrate before Adam"; so they prostrated, except for Iblees. He refused and was arrogant and became of the disbelievers.

Al-Alaq 96:5

اقرَأ وَرَبُّكَ الأَكرَمُ

Recite, and your Lord is the most Generous -

الَّذي عَلَّمَ بِالقَلَمِ

Who taught by the pen -

عَلَّمَ الإِنسانَ ما لَم يَعلَم

Taught man that which he knew not.

كَلّا إِنَّ الإِنسانَ لَيَطغىٰ

No! [But] indeed, man transgresses

أَن رَآهُ استَغنىٰ

Because he sees himself self-sufficient.

Ghafir 40:54

هُدًى وَذِكرىٰ لِأُولِي الأَلبابِ

As guidance and a reminder for those of understanding.

An-Najm 53:30

ذٰلِكَ مَبلَغُهُم مِنَ العِلمِ ۚ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَن سَبيلِهِ وَهُوَ أَعلَمُ بِمَنِ اهتَدىٰ

That is their sum of knowledge. Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who strays from His way, and He is most knowing of who is guided.

Ash-Shu'ara 26:112

قالَ وَما عِلمي بِما كانوا يَعمَلونَ

He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do?

Al-Isra 17:36

وَلا تَقفُ ما لَيسَ لَكَ بِهِ عِلمٌ ۚ إِنَّ السَّمعَ وَالبَصَرَ وَالفُؤادَ كُلُّ أُولـٰئِكَ كانَ عَنهُ مَسئولًا

And do not pursue that of which you have no knowledge. Indeed, the hearing, the sight and the heart - about all those [one] will be questioned.

Ash-Shu'ara 26:132

And fear He who provided you with that which you know,

Al-Qari'ah 101:10

And what can make you know what that is?

Abasa 80:8

But as for he who came to you striving [for knowledge]

Al-'Ankabut 29:43

And these examples We present to the people, but none will understand them except those of knowledge.

An-Najm 53:28

وَما لَهُم بِهِ مِن عِلمٍ ۖ إِن يَتَّبِعونَ إِلَّا الظَّنَّ ۖ وَإِنَّ الظَّنَّ لا يُغني مِنَ الحَقِّ شَيئًا

And they have thereof no knowledge. They follow not except assumption, and indeed, assumption avails not against the truth at all.

Adh-Dhariyat 51:30

قالوا كَذٰلِكِ قالَ رَبُّكِ ۖ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الحَكيمُ العَليمُ

They said, "Thus has said your Lord; indeed, He is the Wise, the Knowing."

An-Naml 27:6

وَإِنَّكَ لَتُلَقَّى القُرآنَ مِن لَدُن حَكيمٍ عَليمٍ

And indeed, [O Muhammad], you receive the Qur'an from one Wise and Knowing.

Ar-Rahman 55:4

[And] taught him eloquence.

Al-Hadid 57:3

هُوَ الأَوَّلُ وَالآخِرُ وَالظّاهِرُ وَالباطِنُ ۖ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيءٍ عَليمٌ

He is the First and the Last, the Ascendant and the Intimate, and He is, of all things, Knowing.

Ash-Shu'ara 26:220

Sad 38:88

Al-An'am 6:13

وَلَهُ ما سَكَنَ فِي اللَّيلِ وَالنَّهارِ ۚ وَهُوَ السَّميعُ العَليمُ

And to Him belongs that which reposes by night and by day, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing.
