Al-Qamar 54:35

كَذَّبَت قَومُ لوطٍ بِالنُّذُرِ

The people of Lot denied the warning.

إِنّا أَرسَلنا عَلَيهِم حاصِبًا إِلّا آلَ لوطٍ ۖ نَجَّيناهُم بِسَحَرٍ

Indeed, We sent upon them a storm of stones, except the family of Lot - We saved them before dawn

نِعمَةً مِن عِندِنا ۚ كَذٰلِكَ نَجزي مَن شَكَرَ

As favor from us. Thus do We reward he who is grateful.

وَلَقَد أَنذَرَهُم بَطشَتَنا فَتَمارَوا بِالنُّذُرِ

And he had already warned them of Our assault, but they disputed the warning.

وَلَقَد راوَدوهُ عَن ضَيفِهِ فَطَمَسنا أَعيُنَهُم فَذوقوا عَذابي وَنُذُرِ

And they had demanded from him his guests, but We obliterated their eyes, [saying], "Taste My punishment and warning."

An-Naml 27:73

وَيَقولونَ مَتىٰ هـٰذَا الوَعدُ إِن كُنتُم صادِقينَ

And they say, "When is [the fulfillment of] this promise, if you should be truthful?"

قُل عَسىٰ أَن يَكونَ رَدِفَ لَكُم بَعضُ الَّذي تَستَعجِلونَ

Say, "Perhaps it is close behind you - some of that for which you are impatient.

وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَذو فَضلٍ عَلَى النّاسِ وَلـٰكِنَّ أَكثَرَهُم لا يَشكُرونَ

And indeed, your Lord is full of bounty for the people, but most of them do not show gratitude."

وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَيَعلَمُ ما تُكِنُّ صُدورُهُم وَما يُعلِنونَ

And indeed, your Lord knows what their breasts conceal and what they declare.

وَما مِن غائِبَةٍ فِي السَّماءِ وَالأَرضِ إِلّا في كِتابٍ مُبينٍ

And there is nothing concealed within the heaven and the earth except that it is in a clear Register.

Luqman 31:12

خَلَقَ السَّماواتِ بِغَيرِ عَمَدٍ تَرَونَها ۖ وَأَلقىٰ فِي الأَرضِ رَواسِيَ أَن تَميدَ بِكُم وَبَثَّ فيها مِن كُلِّ دابَّةٍ ۚ وَأَنزَلنا مِنَ السَّماءِ ماءً فَأَنبَتنا فيها مِن كُلِّ زَوجٍ كَريمٍ

He created the heavens without pillars that you see and has cast into the earth firmly set mountains, lest it should shift with you, and dispersed therein from every creature. And We sent down rain from the sky and made grow therein [plants] of every noble kind.

هـٰذا خَلقُ اللَّهِ فَأَروني ماذا خَلَقَ الَّذينَ مِن دونِهِ ۚ بَلِ الظّالِمونَ في ضَلالٍ مُبينٍ

This is the creation of Allah. So show Me what those other than Him have created. Rather, the wrongdoers are in clear error.

وَلَقَد آتَينا لُقمانَ الحِكمَةَ أَنِ اشكُر لِلَّهِ ۚ وَمَن يَشكُر فَإِنَّما يَشكُرُ لِنَفسِهِ ۖ وَمَن كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ حَميدٌ

And We had certainly given Luqman wisdom [and said], "Be grateful to Allah." And whoever is grateful is grateful for [the benefit of] himself. And whoever denies [His favor] - then indeed, Allah is Free of need and Praiseworthy.

وَإِذ قالَ لُقمانُ لِابنِهِ وَهُوَ يَعِظُهُ يا بُنَيَّ لا تُشرِك بِاللَّهِ ۖ إِنَّ الشِّركَ لَظُلمٌ عَظيمٌ

And [mention, O Muhammad], when Luqman said to his son while he was instructing him, "O my son, do not associate [anything] with Allah. Indeed, association [with him] is great injustice."

وَوَصَّينَا الإِنسانَ بِوالِدَيهِ حَمَلَتهُ أُمُّهُ وَهنًا عَلىٰ وَهنٍ وَفِصالُهُ في عامَينِ أَنِ اشكُر لي وَلِوالِدَيكَ إِلَيَّ المَصيرُ

And We have enjoined upon man [care] for his parents. His mother carried him, [increasing her] in weakness upon weakness, and his weaning is in two years. Be grateful to Me and to your parents; to Me is the [final] destination.

Fatir 35:34

وَقالُوا الحَمدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذي أَذهَبَ عَنَّا الحَزَنَ ۖ إِنَّ رَبَّنا لَغَفورٌ شَكورٌ

And they will say, "Praise to Allah, who has removed from us [all] sorrow. Indeed, our Lord is Forgiving and Appreciative -

Al-Fatihah 1:2

What would Allah do with your punishment if you are grateful and believe? And ever is Allah Appreciative and Knowing.

Ghafir 40:61

It is Allah who made for you the night that you may rest therein and the day giving sight. Indeed, Allah is full of bounty to the people, but most of the people are not grateful.

Al-Adiyat 100:6

Al-Furqan 25:62

And it is He who has made the night and the day in succession for whoever desires to remember or desires gratitude.

An-Nahl 16:114

Yunus 10:58

An-Nahl 16:53

Al-Jathiyah 45:12

It is Allah who subjected to you the sea so that ships may sail upon it by His command and that you may seek of His bounty; and perhaps you will be grateful.
