هُوَ الَّذي يُحيي وَيُميتُ ۖ فَإِذا قَضىٰ أَمرًا فَإِنَّما يَقولُ لَهُ كُن فَيَكونُ

He it is who gives life and causes death; and when He decrees a matter, He but says to it, "Be," and it is.
