الَّذينَ يَستَمِعونَ القَولَ فَيَتَّبِعونَ أَحسَنَهُ ۚ أُولـٰئِكَ الَّذينَ هَداهُمُ اللَّهُ ۖ وَأُولـٰئِكَ هُم أُولُو الأَلبابِ

Who listen to speech and follow the best of it. Those are the ones Allah has guided, and those are people of understanding.
