قُل لَكُم ميعادُ يَومٍ لا تَستَأخِرونَ عَنهُ ساعَةً وَلا تَستَقدِمونَ

Say, "For you is the appointment of a Day [when] you will not remain thereafter an hour, nor will you precede [it]."
