إِلّا مَن ظَلَمَ ثُمَّ بَدَّلَ حُسنًا بَعدَ سوءٍ فَإِنّي غَفورٌ رَحيمٌ

Otherwise, he who wrongs, then substitutes good after evil - indeed, I am Forgiving and Merciful.
