وَكَذٰلِكَ أَنزَلناهُ آياتٍ بَيِّناتٍ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ يَهدي مَن يُريدُ

And thus have We sent the Qur'an down as verses of clear evidence and because Allah guides whom He intends.
