بَديعُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ ۖ وَإِذا قَضىٰ أَمرًا فَإِنَّما يَقولُ لَهُ كُن فَيَكونُ

Originator of the heavens and the earth. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, "Be," and it is.
