أَو يَأخُذَهُم عَلىٰ تَخَوُّفٍ فَإِنَّ رَبَّكُم لَرَءوفٌ رَحيمٌ

Or that He would not seize them gradually [in a state of dread]? But indeed, your Lord is Kind and Merciful.
